Shipping and Handling Policy

All items are shipped within two business days via Aramex , FedEx Courier depending on buyers choice.Shipping charge is calculated on the basis of shipping weight after packing.The rates are standard provided by courier services. Insurance is included in the shipping cost. 

In case the product you've purchased is out of stock (which is unlikely) we will inform you immediately. We will do our best to make the product available to you as soon as possible. We will let you know the time frame. If you choose not to wait for the new one you can ask for money back or choose another product.       

Handling charges are courtesy of shakyahandicraft.com. Buyers do not have to pay handling charges.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item You can either choose Exchange or Total Money Back options within 14 days of item received.

We ask you no questions!!!

If you want to exchange you can simply return your item in its original state either to our address in United States or address in Nepal. We will ship you the replacement item immediately. Replacement Shipping and Handling charge is covered by shakyahandicraft.com.

If money back is chosen Shipping and Handling fees on all products to be returned are the responsibilities of the buyer. We will give full refund upon receiving the item back.
