He is found both as as attendant deity and in his own shrine. He is richly ornamented. He wears a sacred thread of jewels and earrings.There will be full blown lotus at shoulder.
This particular Old Gandhara Lokeshvara Antique buddha Statue is of very fine and high quality!!!. The statue is acquired from old Shakya artist and collector in Patan, Nepal. This is a Museum Piece as it is the only one remaining of its kind. It is believed to be manufactured in the late 19th century.
