Return Policy

We do have return policy of  30 days. However, Buyers are requested to make thorough inspection before they make a decision to purchase. If the items reach there in damaged condition it has to be reported with proof like pictures and additional supporting documents so that we can verify and make necessary insurance claim. If you have to return items returning Shipping and Handling fees are the responsibility of buyers. In order for the return to be accepted buyer has to inform and return it within 30 days and valid reason and proof has to be provided.


After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of its arrival. In this email, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the refund process will commence, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specified number of days. In case you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Afterward, you can contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. You can also reach out to your bank. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or happy to get similar products, send us an email or Contact us here. We will correspond with you for the best address to send the item back. Once we receive your package, we will immediately ship the product you would like to exchange with.


We accept paypal, credit card, bank wire as payment methods. We use 2checkout ( Verifone) Payment Processor.
Additionally, you can also send direct wire transfer or ACH bank transfer too.

Shipping and Handling

All items are shipped within two business days via standard Courier like EMS, Aramex, DHL, FedEx etc. Right now, DHL is our preferred shipping method.  Shipping charge is calculated on the basis of shipping weight after packing. The rates are standard provided by courier services. Insurance is included in the shipping cost. In case the product you’ve purchased is out of stock (which is unlikely) we will inform you immediately. We will do our best to make the product available to you as soon as possible. We will let you know the time frame. If you choose not to wait for the new one you can ask for money back or choose another product. Handling charges are courtesy of Shakya Handicraft. Buyers do not have to pay handling charges.
