Symbolic Meaning:

The Phurba is triple sided Tibetan ritual dagger or stake. Tibetan meaning for Phurpa refers to a stake used for tethering or a peg used for securing a tent. While other objects of similar shape can be considered Phurpa, it is usually a knife with three distinct segments, one of which is a characterstic three – sided blade or point. The segments and the triple blade represent the three spirit worlds, while the Phurba as a whole symbolizes the “worlds axis” bring all three worlds together. This Ritual Buddhist Dagger or dart symbolizes the slaying or destruction of foe or obstructions. This ritual object is usually made of various clay, woods, metals or human or monkey bones or a combination which is considered a powerful element for driving away evil spirits, however wood and bone are also used and often required for certain ritual events.

Phurba and Vajrakilaya is closely related. According to wikipedia meaning of Vajrakilaya is as follows

Vajrakilaya (Skt. Vajrakīlaya; Tib. རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕུར་པ་, Dorje Phurba, Wyl. rdo rje phur pa) or Vajrakumara (Skt. Vajrakumāra; Tib. རྡོ་རྗེ་གཞོན་ནུ་, Dorje Shönnu; Wyl. rdo rje gzhon nu) — the wrathful heruka Vajrakilaya is the yidam deity who embodies the enlightened activity of all the buddhas and whose practice is famous for being the most powerful for removing obstacles, destroying the forces hostile to compassion and purifying the spiritual pollution so prevalent in this age. Vajrakilaya is one of the eight deities of Kagyé.

So this statue is the combination of Vajrakilaya and Phurbas which in very unique. See this wikipedia description of phurba.

The kīla or phurba (Sanskrit Devanagari: कील; IAST: kīla; Tibetan: ཕུར་བWylie: phur ba, pronunciation between pur-ba and pur-pu[needs IPA], alternate transliterations and English orthographies: phurpa, phurbu, purbha, or phurpu) is a three-sided peg, stake, knife, or nail-like ritual implement traditionally associated with Indo-Tibetan Buddhism, Bön, and Indian Vedic traditions.

The kīla is associated with the meditational deity (Sanskrit: ishtadevata, Tibetan yidam) Vajrakīla (वज्रकील) or Vajrakīlaya (Tibetan Dorje Phurba) according to the “means for attainment” Mahayoga class. Vajrakilaya is the Buddha’s activity natural expression representation.[clarification needed][1]
